068: Using Your Love Language To Build A Self Care Plan
Your love language can also translate into a self care love language, which helps us avoid burnout.
This theory came to me in a patient appointment, and I’m so excited about it. In short, your love language is the way that you receive love the best. There are five love languages: Words of affirmation, physical touch, quality time, gifts, and acts of service.
How you receive love best can some into play for self care as well.
Certain self care activities that make me feel relaxed and filled with self love might not have the same impact for you. So understanding how you receive love the best will help you create a self care plan that will work for you.
